As I understand it, you have suggested a rather ideal new way of

handling input. So far ICI knows two file I/O protocols, one for setting

storage and one for command post-offices. The two protocols are

seperate, highly specialized and could be merged. But as you have

suggested, they would stay seperate, however the command post-offices

would contain the filenames of the setting storage databases, which

would be relocated by the ICSA. This immediately means that everything

required for this method is already done (I've got living fact for that

building the ideas is half the work of making them true! ;).

I have to get working on the user-friendlyness of the Console, so that

things will come togather in time.

It is just so that my "Do.txt" file (contains things that require to be

done) is getting bigger and bigger.

I have organized my work in a manner simmilar to one of the designs of a

joint-processing ICI network: I add things that require to be done on a

list, remove them as they are done and when the list reaches a specific

lenght, I send a notification to the other members of the cluster, so

they can adjust the amounts of their requests and their expectations

(this system actualy has a simulation; it shows that the buissyness of

the individual members of the group is about equal regardless of actual

processing power).

This organization of the ICI still needs to be implented at the Console.

I gave it a mid priority, which means that it will be the first thing

that I will do when I finnish the things that require to be done

immediately (high priority).

I was prevously thinking about the element of shock. It might not be as

effective if what we are doing has already been attempted by numerous

other companies, however if we build up a rather new and usefull

application before making the big stand, it might make our work appear

superior to the common low level programming efforts.

I'm eager to see the graphics that is to be used. =] We will need the

common symbol to associate ICI with and I do not know if the picture on

the splash (it's actualy a size-up of an icon) looks good anyway (I know

it looks nice on a reduced colour set of Safe mode =], what do you

think?).

Eventualy there will require to be a cluster managment server,

preferably on your AIMetaSearch server. This would be a server-only cut

down and specialized version of the Console, posibly for Linux.

The trick is that the Console has not been tested for function with

large clusters, which are likely to grow up pretty quickly, because the

Console automaticaly merges clusers when any member of one connects to a

member of another. This is perhaps very cool to a company, when a simple

accepted connect immediately merges the computing capacities of both

systems, which could be very large. To individual users however, there

will be a point in having a server to say goodbye to unwelcome stragers

for them. For example, a user that wants to chat would connect to the

server at AIMetaSearch and tell that to the server, which would then

organize a list of appropriate computers to make cluster of and keep it

clean.

You place this somewhere on your priority list and keep in mind that you

can always ask me to provide information. What I can guess is that you

will need the Console's cluster managment vocabulary. Unless there is a

specific complication with C and/or Linux, the task should not be all

that hard; the trick would be to keep named lists (cluster member

information databanks), evaluate newcomers and if they are fund to be

inapropriate ban them from the cluster. If you'd need an additional

communication method, feel free to introduce a new function.

The thing of this syndrome is that it's actualy set of mental

disabilities. The comparasment between a person with Asperger and a

normal person is exactly the same as a comparasment between a machine

that has the graphic card on a slot or a one that has it built-in. Which

is better? The people with Asperger have to learn specific things as

with the machine who's graphic card requires to be inserted. I prefer

having my knowledge 'on a slot', because as such it can be updated

later; but then again, everybody needs a chipset. =]

Psychiatric treatment of Asperger's is supportive treatment. You know,

the times when they put mentaly ill people in jails are gone. The

supportive treatment is very nice to experience, I'm sure everybody

loves it when he/she/it comes across it and the thing is that you don't

really need a psychiatrist for it, but probably only the psychiatrist's

nerves.

The biggest problem of ppl with Asperger's is that they have a seriously

depressive life without the previously mention supportive treatment.

When I'm working on ICI, I have all the supportive treatment I ever

wanted, partly because I'm doing exaclty what I want and partly because

I'm socializing with you guys (which isn't as possible in the real world

because of Asperger's itself, a computer in the way seems to cure the

situation of any abnormality ;). Thanks! Just stick around and all will

be fine. =]
